Just a matter of days to go until A Most Curious Wedding Fair comes to East London and opens it’s fabulous doors. I’m happy to say I‘ll be in full attendance with my little bespoke beauties, my new spring summer ready to wear line, and (whatever the collective noun of veils is) a haze (yes!) of veils. I am so fond of this fair, if I was going to get married again (only, of course, to my same wonderful Mr.) I would be camping outside the doors right now to get in first. It’s epic, it’s fun, it’s full of amazing creatives bursting with fresh ideas to make your wedding both perfectly unique & perfectly yours. I love it, and I hope you will too.

Just before Easter I spent four days at Craft Central Get’s Hitched. A great way to spend quality time chatting with some of London finest brides-to-be and their trusted pals. The only unwanted visitor was, of course, the snow, but it did get me thinking of winter weddings & all the fabulous possibilities for my new winter collection and I couldn’t stop this little tune going around my head – It may be winter outside (but in my heart its spring) – by Love Unlimited

Lisa Critcher Millinery will be in attendance at some utterly fantastic wedding fairs this year. Starting with the brilliant Craft Central Gets Hitched. From Thursday evening on the 21st to Sunday 24th March in the newly refurbished beautiful setting of their Clerkenwell galleries in St John Square. For Brides and grooms who want to find artists and designers to help them celebrate their day in a unique way. It’s free entry, there’s a variety of exhibitors and if you come on Thursday night there will be bubbles!

I’m launching my new spring summer ready to wear collection of  beautiful bows, flowers and a selection of veils, and of course I’m happy to chat about bespoke orders,with a 10% discount offered on any bespoke orders placed at the show. It’s open from 4pm on Thursday…. I’m in the illustrious sounding basement,  and did I mention there will be bubbles!  xx
